Live website · Private swim lessons, Vancouver and the North Shore
Farsh Aquatics
A one-page website for a private swim-lesson and lifeguarding service, designed so families can see the two services and call, text, or email straight away.
My contribution: Brand identity and one-page website: the logo, the business cards, and the site itself.
Call, text, and email buttons sit in the header and the first screen, so a parent can reach out from anywhere on the page.
The two services, coaching and lifeguarding, each get their own section, so visitors can quickly find the one they need.
Concept project · Product landing page, in development
Mend
A landing page for Mend, a self-guided tool still in development for parents and caregivers of children roughly 2–12, with illustrative preview screens and a waitlist.
My contribution: Design and development of the landing page, including the preview screens and the waitlist form.
The page opens on one quiet moment and one action: joining the waitlist.
The preview screens show the idea in three steps (pause, reflect, reconnect) and are labelled as illustrative mock-ups, not a finished app.
All prices in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. You supply final text, photos and branding. One revision round means one consolidated list of edits within the agreed scope. Extra pages, copywriting, translations, booking systems, payments and custom features are quoted separately. Hosting, domain registration, email and paid tools are billed separately at agreed costs; you own your domain. A written quote confirms the scope and schedule before work starts.

Who I build for
Madeforlocalservicebusinesses.
If customers find you by searching, asking around, or opening a link on their phone, a clear page makes the next step obvious. Pick the one closest to your business.
I’m Amir. I design and build every website myself, so when you send a message you’re talking to the person doing the work.
Recent builds include a one-page site for a Vancouver private swim-lesson business, a landing page with an interactive estimator for a car-hosting service, and a bilingual concept site with interactive 3D models of a residential tower.
I focus on practical sites for local service businesses in Vancouver and North Vancouver, and I keep the scope simple and the language plain, so you know what you’re getting and what comes next.
No. Plenty of local businesses start from a social media page and word of mouth. If you do have a site that feels dated, I can rebuild it as a single clear page. Add your current web address to the form and I’ll take a look first.
What do I need to provide?
Your business name, the services you offer, the areas you serve, your contact details, and photos of your work. A logo or brand colours help but aren’t required.
Can I add more pages or features later?
Yes. Tell me what you have in mind and I’ll include it in your quote as a separate line, so you can decide with the full picture.
Are hosting and a domain included?
No. Hosting, domain registration and renewals, email and paid tools are billed separately at agreed costs. Optional care starts at CA$29/month and does not include these charges. You own your domain; mention it if you already have one.
How long will it take?
Mostly it depends on how quickly your photos and details are ready. I’ll give you a schedule with your quote rather than guess up front.
Already have a website?

Send me your web address and I’ll reply with what I’d change first. You don’t need a new site to ask, and nothing starts without your approval.
Get started
Requestaquote.
Tell me about your business and what you need. I’ll reply to talk through the scope and next steps.
What happens next
1You send a message, with as much or as little as you like.
2I read it and reply by email to talk through what you need.
3If it’s a fit, I send a written quote. Nothing starts until you approve it.
